Who it’s for

This is for you if

You were called lazy, angry or too much.

ADHD often gets missed or called something else in Black and Brown Women. You know it was never just stress.

You mask all day and crash at night.

Code-switching, people-pleasing, holding it together at work and at home. It costs energy you don’t have.

You want a plan made for your brain.

Routines, rest and boundaries built around how your brain really works, so you can stop starting over every Monday.

The six weeks

Six live classes, one plan that fits your brain

Weeks 1–2

Unmask

See your masking and your brain clearly, without blame.

Week 1 · Fri, Dec 4Seeing the mask

What masking and code switching are, why you do them, and what they cost.

Week 2 · Fri, Dec 11Your brain, your needs

How an ADHD and/or Autistic brain actually works, and what it needs.

Weeks 3–4

Rebuild

Build routines, rest and environments that fit your brain.

Week 3 · Fri, Dec 18Routines that fit your brain

Systems that work with executive dysfunction instead of against it.

Week 4 · Fri, Jan 8Energy, rest and sensory care

Pacing your energy, preventing burnout and shaping spaces that support you.

Weeks 5–6

Bloom

Practice living it with other people and write your own plan.

Week 5 · Fri, Jan 15Boundaries, asks and relationships

Unmasking with other people: work, family, friends and partners.

Week 6 · Fri, Jan 22Your Bloom plan

Pulling the six weeks into one personal plan, and what to do when it falls apart.

Your host

Hi, I’m Brianne.

I’m a Neurodiversity Coach and a Black woman with ADHD, ASD, and OCD. I built this for the women who got left out of the conversation.

We’ll learn how your brain really works, put down the masking, and build routines that stick. No shame.

Questions

Do I need a diagnosis?

No. Diagnosed, waiting on an evaluation or still wondering, you’re welcome here.

Who is in the room?

Neurodivergent Black Indigenous Women Of Color (BIWOC), so you don’t have to explain yourself.

Is this therapy?

No. It’s peer support and community, not therapy or medical care.

What’s the difference between the two seats?

Both seats include all six live classes, replays, the printed workbook, the free downloads and your first month of the Brain Bloom Collective. Class + 1:1s adds two private 60-minute sessions with me. It’s capped at 25 seats, because it’s important to me that this cohort feels like a community and that every one of you is paid attention to.

How do the 1:1s work?

After you buy Class + 1:1s, your welcome page has a button to book your two sessions: one the week of Dec 7 and one the week of Jan 18. Each is 60 minutes on Google Meet.

What if I miss a class?

There are replays if you miss a Friday.

Do I have to be on camera?

No. Cameras are always optional, every class. Show up however you can.

Where do you mail the workbook?

To the address you give at checkout. Checkout is open to US addresses for now, since the workbook is printed and mailed. It goes out so it reaches you before Week 1.

What is the Brain Bloom Collective?

After you finish the six weeks, you’ll hear about the Brain Bloom Collective first. It’s a monthly membership for Brain Bloom graduates ($39 a month), and your first month is free with either seat.
